Hybrid working is no longer a new idea, with some of the first companies to embrace the concept, re-looking at how it is working for them, and tweaking and adjusting it. According to Forbes, Google, Apple, Twitter and a number of other large tech companies are defending their requirement of working at least three days a week in-office which shows that making sure your office space is fully
As Apadmi recorded their best ever month in January, we are pleased to have partnered with them to create a multi-purpose space, where they can host conference events, use it as a space to train and hold the Apadmi Academy – and also act as an overflow space from their office space that they currently have on the ninth floor of the Anchorage building in Salford Quays.

Dream vs reality. In many cases, the dream stays a dream because the reality makes the dream unachievable. This can also be the case with your office fit-out plans – there is always a limiting factor, whether it be budget or the space itself, or maybe it’s the time it would take to undertake the works.
Optimising your space is an important part of maximising your investment. Any space you own or currently lease is an asset that needs general upkeep and maintenance, and by investing time and money into getting your space right for your business, you will ultimately see the rewards.

Invisible Systems are a fast-growing business, that design, develop, manufacture and operate IoT (Internet of Things) sensors and software. Their intelligent systems monitoring delivers data and insight that helps businesses operate efficiently, achieve net zero and create healthy environments. Their in-house lab team design and develop these systems on-site, in their workspace in the Lowry Mill building in Swinton. Is remote working a new concept? No - it was around long before the pandemic hit, in fact before the pandemic, staff went into the office on an average of 3.8 days a week. However, COVID-19 forced many to change their viewpoint on the concept – it made many realise the pro’s and con’s of working from home.
With the economic climate continuing to remain unpredictable, and cost of living continuing to play on the minds of many – will we see a change in how people view the workspace? Will more people choose to work in the office to manage their own costs? We will be discussing what we predict for the workspace in 2023.
