How adapting to new working styles has helped Apadmi grow and prepare for the future

As Apadmi recorded their best ever month in January, we are pleased to have partnered with them to create a multi-purpose space, where they can host conference events, use it as a space to train and hold the Apadmi Academy – and also act as an overflow space from their office space that they currently have on the ninth floor of the Anchorage building in Salford Quays.

As an industry leading tech company, creating this new space has allowed them to have better interactions with their clients, and demonstrate their expertise within their sector by hosting conferences with industry experts. It also allows full flexibility for their staff, so that each individual can work in a zone that best suits them, to maximise their talent and skillset.

By catering for their talent, it allows them to continue striving forwards in their technological advancements, and acquire the best new clients, having worked with companies such as Dominoes and the NHS.

A unique, custom-built feature of the event space at Apadmi, is the wellness pod, which serves to be an area that someone can come to after a busy day, or a stressful meeting and relax, to allow themselves to rewind and recover adequately, to ensure that any work completed afterwards, is not negatively impacted.

This not only makes Apadmi an attractive place to come and work, but also helps when acquiring and retaining the best talent which allows them to get the best pool of talent and to stay ahead of their competition.

Key to the design was a ‘backstage theatre’ feel which was achieved through the use of bespoke joinery, the colour palette and the use of raw materials. This allows the theatrical feel to continue throughout the space, and apply to however it is being used.
