Business Development Manager
Salary: Dependant on experience
Officeinsight are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be generating new business enquiries for the company by networking with property agents, surveyors and other professionals in the industry. All our work is in the commercial refurbishment and fit out sector with a sharp focus on large clients with national coverage.
Due to an influx of exciting projects, our team needs strengthening and we are looking to bring people onboard who share our vision of becoming a go-to workplace design and build company.
Responsibilities as Business Development Manager:
- To work with the Directors and Marketing team on the implementation of the company’s business development strategy within the North West
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts with specialist consultants and suppliers to position the company to bid and secure projects
- Already experienced as a business development manager you will be able to demonstrate good relationship building skills and have a keen eye for qualifying biddable projects.

Freelance Project Manager
Officeinsight is successfully winning and completing an increasing number of projects, due to this growth we are looking for passionate and experienced freelance project managers across the UK to add to our shortlist of contacts for upcoming projects.
Requirements
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in managing fast paced office fit out and construction projects
- Full UK drivers licence
- Experience in managing sub-contractors and clients
- Ability to manage a construction site safely and efficiently
- SMSTS qualification
- May have to work out of ‘normal working hours’ during a project
- Must reside in the UK
