Progressive budgeting

Working to a budget is where we really add value, and bring our experience to the table. Considering both function and need, our value engineering approach helps deliver the vision on time, at an acceptable price. We find the balance between what your budget can deliver, and your vision for the space in terms of appearance and functionality.

Our iterative process

Our three-stage process is all about constantly improving; refining your brief until the designs mirror your vision so that the project can be delivered within scope and in the timescale. This means that from Define to Design, we are constantly taking steps to move forward with our clients through the process.

Our skilled team

With over 20 years of experience, our team are flexible and able to adapt to any circumstances. Our project directors and designers work closely with the prospective client to form a detailed brief and discover the key drivers.

As the workspace have evolved over the years, as has our designing capacity including designing an event space for the fast-growing apadmi. This allows them to host large-scale conferences, the Apadmi academy and act as an overflow workspace. See more about this here:

Collaboration

Collaboration and open communication is a vital part of our process, as through open communication, we can understand what the client really wants and what we can do to get there.

It is also no secret that many problems in the construction process can be solved efficiently if there is consistent communication across all stakeholders..

From our Define stage through to the Delivery of the project, we ensure that there are regular points of contact, including weekly RFI (Requests For Information) meetings allowing all stakeholders the chance to raise any questions or concerns.
