Using technology, the aim was to create an immersive experience for colleagues and visitors to allow stakeholders to dip their toe into the Evri, previously Hermes brand. Essential aspects of the brief included wellbeing, connectivity and supporting the customer journey throughout.
It was clear that the reception area needed to significantly impact visitors when they touched down in the space. It was also essential to communicate the three regions of parcel delivery that the company serves. This was achieved with large AV screens and custom joinery to deliver the WOW factor. Also included is a restaurant space with a professional catering kitchen so that great food can be served on-site. The meeting spaces are equipped with the best technology to enable a hybrid working experience with colleagues based outside the office. The working areas are bright and spacious, with plenty of touchdown spaces included.
