Design and Fit Out Evris’ new Tech Hub in Leeds to create a vibrant, homely office focused on increasing employee wellbeing, retention and productivity meanwhile steering clear of the traditional office design to create a truly inspiring workspace.
The Approach
The design intent was to welcome all into the Evri, previously Hermes, family and deliver an experience for all visitors. We utilised the latest innovations in moving walls and AV technology throughout the design and incorporated hot desking to facilitate flexible collaboration throughout the office. Capitalised on Evris’ bold and striking branding to create a vibrant space, using custom joinery and angles to pull your attention into space meanwhile making an experiential journey to leave a lasting impression on visitors. Attracting and retaining talent was a key priority for Evri. Therefore, we designed areas where employees could work and socialise, such as the bar, games rooms and the terrace, resulting in a space that feels homely yet promotes collaboration.
