The Brief
First Group required a fit-out partner who could create a new and vibrant working environment for their new contact centre in Sheffield. The space needed to cater for 90 staff, with requirements for a kitchen, various meeting spaces whilst paying close attention to acoustics.
The Approach
In response to this brief, our design team created a space that could meet the needs of First’s contact centre staff. Training rooms, meeting booths and other meeting spaces were designed into the space meaning employees always have the right working area for the task at hand.
