Part of the Edwin James Group, Parker Technical Services offer clients a complete package of technical, facilities and maintenance services for the built environment. They required a space that aligned with the company values and identify and encouraged better team working. Officeinsight offered a turn-key package, designing and planning all aspects of the fit-out of the new workspace in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

Provided with an empty shell, overlooking Whitehaven Marina, the project was seamlessly delivered through Officeinsight’s unrivalled 3d process. Defining the needs from the outset and converting this into a strong impactful design, helped carve out a unique identity for the space. Bold use of colour - orange and grey - teamed with wooden finishes aligned the space with the corporate identity and quality features such as coffee shop style breakout area and impactful reception area, helped create a strong first impression for any visiting client.
