Does your space work for you?

Does your space meet your current working needs? Does it meet your hybrid working needs? Will it meet your needs for the future?

These are all questions that need to be thought about, so that you are getting the most out of your workspace. By optimising it so that you are getting a high value out of it, whether this means updating the interior or adding more meeting rooms and social spaces to maximise the use that your space has, it means any investment is not wasted.

Our iterative process includes the Define stage that helps uncover your brief for your current and future needs, working out what resources will need to be allocated within the Deliver stage, and the Design stage is where we start working on the function and appearance of your new space. This process is underlined by progressive budgeting, where we add the most value by value engineering and prioritising where your money is best spent.

Our specialist in-house designers, during the Design stage, can create zonal plans, 2d layouts and immersive visualisations. This means that within each area, flow and movement are considered, as are zonal allowances within the space.

This in turn allows for all aspects such as sustainability, neurodiversity, technology aspects and more to be well considered throughout the Design and Delivery stages. Allowing our proven process to work, ensures a high quality end-result meaning that you would truly get the most out of your space.

If you want to find out can we help make your space work better for you, email projects@officeinsight.co.uk or call us at 0161 233 0030.
