IRG Executive Search Case Study

We worked with IRG Executive Search to update and refurbish their expanding offices in Manchester City Centre. 

The building itself presented some challenges, which needed to be resolved during the Design stage – such as the exposed brickwork and the exposed ceiling trusses and beams. Whilst adding a flare to the space and making the design truly unique, it needed some careful planning and execution to make sure that these aspects didn’t have a negative impact on the functionality of the design. To mitigate this, thought was put into how best to light the space, and its acoustic requirements as well. 

As a business that operates under a hybrid working model, breakout areas such as the bar and canteen area provide a social space that the team can meet up and socialise to ensure that the team spirit is not lost due to the team working in and out of the office.

The location and building presented some challenges with the delivery, however these were managed well by our project manager and any issues that came up were communicated with the client and resolved smoothly, as their feedback implies: ‘from the initial meeting through to completion, Officeinsight have been great. The team was really easy to communicate with, quick to respond and they executed our vision for the new space really well. We are really happy with it.
