360 Resourcing Solutions required a complete fit-out of their new Warrington office space. The main objective was to create a flexible space that would encourage collaboration and provide workers with various areas to accommodate different working styles. Due to the nature of the recruitment business, having somewhere that would impress clients was absolutely vital to ensuring the business's future success.

Several different spaces were spread across two floors, accomodating all possible working styles, from informal collaboration in the tiered breakout space to the private phone booths for quiet working and meeting rooms for more formal partnership. The client's branding is visible in every aspect of the play, perhaps most strikingly in the reception/ bar area, which includes several bright neon lighting choices which really bring the space to life, delivering the 'wow' factor to visitors.
