The project aimed to create a functional and visually appealing workspace that aligned with the Client’s design standards and brand identity. The design needed to integrate and retain any relevant elements from the landlord’s CAT A refurbishment that were fit for purpose. This approach promoted sustainability and cost efficiency.
The workspace also needed to offer a well-balanced furniture selection. Gold and silver-tier options were proposed to meet varying needs while maintaining quality and cohesion. The final design had to deliver a professional, efficient, and inspiring environment tailored to the Clients’ operational needs.
To ensure the workspace aligned with the Client’s international brand standards, we developed multiple colour concepts, tailored for them. Each option maintained a professional yet vibrant atmosphere.
The client selected the “Fusion” palette, characterized by bright and dynamic colours that embodied their forward-thinking brand identity. We integrated this palette into a tiered “gold, silver, bronze” scheme to provide flexibility and align with budget considerations. Each tier offered variations in materials, finishes, and furnishings, enabling them to choose the option that best balanced their vision and financial plan. This approach ensured a cohesive design outcome that met both aesthetic and practical requirements.

The completed workspace for the client is a dynamic, flexible, and modern environment designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being. Delivered on time and within budget, the project successfully integrates key features that reflect the company’s vision and brand standards while providing practical functionality.
Central to the design is the vibrant social hub—a multipurpose canteen space where staff can relax, recharge, and collaborate informally. The flexible boardroom includes a movable acoustic wall, allowing it to transform into two smaller meeting rooms. Both spaces feature an advanced AV scheme for seamless connectivity.
In addition, the workspace prioritises employee wellness through the inclusion of treadmill desks and height-adjustable sit/stand desks, offering active working options. Booths and informal meeting areas provide versatile spaces for focused work or casual discussions, fostering collaboration and creativity. This thoughtful blend of features has resulted in a colourful, adaptable, and inspiring workplace that supports the operational and cultural goals of the client.
Overall, the communication between Office Insight and our team was excellent, with regular weekly meetings, phone calls, and email follow-ups ensuring alignment throughout the project. During both the design and construction phases, the communication was thorough and prompt, enabling us to make decisions and provide feedback within the required timelines.
